Description:
The Town of Whitby and the Brooklin Landowners Group are requesting proposals for a Highway Access Management Plan to provide the Ministry of Transportation (MTO) with permissible highway access options along Highway 7/12 (Baldwin Street North) between Carnwith Drive and Brawley Road in the Town of Whitby. The study is required because of the imminent new development that is planned along this stretch of the highway by the Brooklin Community Secondary Plan. It is anticipated the project will be completed within six (6) months from the date of authorization to proceed. Please note that a Temporary Procurement Restriction has been added to the Town of Whitby's Procurement Policy F080 to prohibit U.S. Businesses from participating in any of the Town's procurements. A Supplier Attestation Form is required to be filled in response to this new requirement.
