- RDP intends to enter into an agreement with a qualified Contractor to provide a complete design development and construction services in accordance with the CCDC14, 2013 Design-Build Stipulated Price Contract, amended by RDP DDCD#14 Supplementary Conditions as included in Appendix A. The Contractor is expected to implement a professional Design-Build Team to construct an integrated, on-site, upgrade to the current high voltage system to conform with the FortisAlberta-s Specifications. Proponents are to submit pricing for the provision of supply, installation and commissioning of 25 kV high voltage primary and secondary cable, transformers, transformer bases, switching cubicles and all other materials required to upgrade the high voltage system at RDP Campus. The Contractor selected shall be the liaison between RDP and FortisAlberta.
