The University of Winnipeg (hereinafter referred to as "U of W") is issuing a Request for Proposal (herein referred to as "RFP") for High Speed Digital Imaging Equipment.The U of W seeks to:Enter into a strategic partnership for the delivery of a turn-key enterprise solution. The selected partner willbe an industry leader with the capability and experience to develop, implement and maintain a strategic plan, which is compatible with the long-term requirements of the U of W.Enter into an Agreement wherein the chosen strategic partner shall enjoy exclusive rights to deliver a defined set of productsand services within the scope of the partnership, for an agreed time period.Key areas to be addressed within this partnership include: Print Shop high-speed copy & print services, including: Workflow analysis and process improvement, On site user training by area throughout the transition period andas new technologies are introduced.The agreement will include acquisitions, delivery and installation, end user education, on site service, installation and the ordering, installation and distribution of all necessary consumables including but not limited to maintenancekits.
