Project Description : The WCB is issuing this RFP in order to establish a long-term Agreement with a Service Provider for the provision of high speed digital printers for the WCB Document Management Unit and an additional high speed digital printer for the Access to Information (ATI) Unit in Edmonton, Alberta.The RFP focuses on two areas where high-speed digital printers are required:• The WCB-s Document Management Unit which provides the following printing services:• Digital copying• Bindery services• Prescheduled high-volume / high-speed printing of documents during specific time periods• Printing requests with identified delivery dates and finishing requirements• Occasional last minute/urgent printing requests• The “Access to Information (ATI)” Unit which requires a high speed digital printer to accommodate the high print volumes in their area.Requirements included are high speed network connected printers, consumables for all equipment (excluding paper) and repair and maintenance services for all equipment.
