Description:
Inviation for non-binding quotations from qualified Bidders meeting the requirements contained in this Request for Quotation (RFQ) to provide:Supply a 25' x 15' (16:9) LED video display wall, with a minimum pixel pitch of 2.976mm or higher resolution for high-quality video display. This system will be installed as required to support feature events in the park, such as ‘movies in the park' or other signature events open to park visitors and the public and stored when not in use.The Bidder must have a minimum of 10-years experience with video wall sales, installation/set-up, programming, removal and service and have local support available to install/set-up/program the screen to support events and remove the screen afterwards.A Service Agreement will be required and negotiated at a future date and shall be for a fixed period of 24-months anticipated to commence on or around December 2025 (or following the delivery of the LED Video Wall to APC. APC reserves the right to extend the Service Agreement for three (3) additional periods of 12-months, in its sole discretion.
