- Tender are invited for This requirement is to establish a Standing Offer for the provision of High Frequency Receivers to replace obsolete receivers in the Canadian Forces High Frequency Radio System. The Department of National Defence anticipates purchasing 16 new receivers per year to be delivered to 25 CFSD Montreal, QC. The Standing Offer is requested for a one (1) year period plus an additional four (4) one (1) year option periods.
