- The Ministry of Highways (MoH) is seeking industry consultation on the RFS for the provision of a Weigh Scale Modernization Project. Highways requires the supply of a web-based weigh scale and variable message system (VMS) for the MoH-s network of commercial vehicle inspection stations throughout the province of Saskatchewan. This initiative will require software, hardware, construction, and maintenance for an upgrade of weigh scale sites to make the scales operational and to stream data through the servers as further described in the RFS Particulars.
