Project Description : The City of Calgary (“The City”) is proceeding with the following acquisition:Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) software was established through competitive bid in 2009 under RFP 0-0943. Since implementation The City has made significant investments in the Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) software products.NOI 15-021 was posted to the market and closed on 2015 April 28 to complete EAM v11.1 installation, implementation, configuration, and migration services work within the City of Calgary. This work has been completed.The City of Calgary is now in a sustainment phase of the EAM project.Hexagon Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) is widely used within The City of Calgary for asset management and work management activities; requiring consulting support. The Hexagon EAM Consulting support includes but not limited to system performance, functionality, enhancements implementation and sustainment activities.Notice is hereby given by The City of Calgary (“The City”) of its intent to enter into contract with Intergraph Canada ULC for the provision of Hexagon Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) Consulting Services for the next five (5) years.The New West Trade Partnership Agreement (NWTPA) Part V Exceptions, section C Government Procurement item 2 exemption (g) where it can be demonstrated that only one supplier is able to meet the requirements of a procurement, applies.
