Description:
On behalf of the City of Toronto's Housing Secretariat (HS), CreateTO is undertaking the redevelopment of the site at 805 Wellington Street West (the "Site", "805 Wellington"), located at the south-east corner of Strachan Avenue and Wellington Street West. The successful Respondent ("Respondent","Proponent") will work closely with CreateTO, City staff, project stakeholders, and other consultants throughout the project to provide heritage architectural services for this Listed heritage property, building on the previous studies, in order to secure a successful submission and approval of aCity-initiated Official Plan Amendment (OPA) and Zoning By-law Amendment (ZBA) applications. Additionally, the successful Respondent will provide support to CreateTO, as required, on its work with Heritage Preservation Services (HPS) and its own consultants, who will the evaluation for designationunder Part IV of the Ontario Heritage Act.
