- The Town of Saugeen Shores (the “Town” or the “Owner”) is inviting firms to submit tenders for Helliwell Park - Phase 1 located within Helliwell Park. The successful proponent-s responsibilities will include but are not limited to all construction activities as detailed within the attached Drawings and Specifications located on the lands at 98 Grenville Street south, Southampton within the Town of Saugeen Shores.
The area is a parkland of approximately 3 ha in size. It includes 2 soccer fields, passive green space and undeveloped forest lands. The purpose of this work is to construct 2 new full size lit soccer fields and landscaping of the grounds. - Documents:
