- Established in 1957, Bellwoods is a charitable, not-for-profit organization providing community-based support services for people with physical disabilities to help them remain living independently in the community. Bellwoods Personal Support Workers (“PSW”) provide services to people sixteen (16) years of age or older.
Services are provided to Clients who reside at a Bellwoods housing site or
through Attendant Outreach Services, in their own homes, at school or place of employment.
The objective of this RFP is to award Agreements to qualified Suppliers able to provide quality Services to Bellwoods including, but not limited to:
Ensuring the Supplier possesses demonstrated experience and capabilities to provide skilled, competent, and qualified healthcare staff (“Workers”) (i.e., Personal Support Workers (“PSW”), Homemaker Workers) as contemplated in this RFP; - Documents:
