- This Request for Standing Agreement (“RFSA”) is an invitation by the Ottawa-Carleton District School Board (the “District”) on behalf of Ottawa Catholic School Board (OCSB), Conseil des écoles publiques de l'Est de l'Ontario (CEPEO), Conseil des écoles catholiques du Centre-Est (CECCE) and itself to prospective bidders to submit bids for the identification, packaging, loading and transportation of hazardous chemicals and biological waste from various schools to a licensed processing or transfer facility on an “as and when required” basis as further described in Section A of the ITT Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”). The four participating school boards are collectively referred to as the Purchaser.
The awarded Respondent must be willing and able to act as Full Delegate with the RPRA on behalf on the four school boards throughout the term of contract. - Documents:
