- Invitation to Tender TENDER NO. 97424 Harbour Chines Area Utility Replacements The City of Coquitlam invites tenders for Harbour Chines Area Utility Replacements generally consisting of the following, but not limited to: Replacement of approximately 35m of sanitary main with 150mm PVC and 195m with 200mm PVC; Replacement of approximately 360m of storm main with 200mm PVC, 85m with 250mm PVC and 45m with 300mm PVC; Storm and sanitary service replacements or transfers; and Other miscellaneous and incidental work as contained in the Contract Documents.
