Tender are invited for Hampton Road Infrastructure Assessment & Streetscape

Notice Details Quispamsis is requesting qualified Consultants submit a detailed proposal that will address the scope of work outlined in this document and that will also address the level of effort required by their firm to review the existing conditions of the identified Hampton Road/Landing Ct corridor and associated municipal infrastructure located therein, identify necessary upgrades for projected growth along the street and in the immediate areas, and prepare the multi-discipline conceptual design alternatives for consideration by the Town. Once the conceptual designs are approved, the consultants will complete infrastructure design, prepare tender documents and provide construction period administration and inspection for the overall project on the Hampton Road (Rte. 100)/Landing Court corridor.

Sealed proposals shall be received until 11:00 A.M., AST, Friday, March 14th, 2025 and shall be marked as to its contents addressed to, Mr. Ian Watson, Chief Administrative Officer, Town of Quispamsis, 12 Landing Court, Quispamsis, New Brunswick, E2E 4R2, bearing the title of the work, RFP # 2025TQ02-3 Hampton Road (Rte.100) Infrastructure and Corridor Analysis and Design.
