Description:
This Negotiated Request for Proposals (the “NRFP”) is an invitation by the City to prospective and qualified Proponents to submit proposals for the Hammond Bay area infrastructure upgrade project. The construction generally consists of underground municipal infrastructure replacement and a significant amount of new street infrastructure, including concrete curb, gutter and sidewalk, asphalt bike paths, asphalt surfacing, traffic signal hardware and electrical (including fibre optics), streetlighting, grading, landscaping, and all other work shown on the Contract Drawings.
