Description:
The scope of work for Hamlet of Cleardale North of Hwy 64 - Utility Servicing / Service Road Extension / Lift Station Construction shall include, but is not limited to, the following: - Clearing - Common Excavation - Borrow Excavation - Contractor Supplied / County Sourced - Supply and Install Granular Base Course - Remove and Dispose of existing Chain Link and Class “B” Fence - Supply and Install Class “B” Fence - Supply and Install 6 ft Chain Link Fence and 4m Dual Manual Swing Gate - Supply and Install signages and posts - Extension of Gravel Service Road with Culvert Installation - Construction of Sanitary Dump Station Area with Concrete Island (c/w all surface appurtenances including concrete curbs and steel pipe bollards) and 150mm service connection - Supply and Install of 250mm and 150 mm Gravity Sewer systems - Supply and Install Sanitary 100mm Forcemain with reducer from 100mm to 75mm - Tie-ins to existing sanitary forcemain (including the isolation valve) (Deletable) - Supply and Install Pre-packaged Lift Station with Grinder and Concrete Base - Install Utility Meter, Transformer Concrete Pad and Kiosk Concrete Pad - Abandon existing 20mm Water Service Line and Install a new 20mm Water Service Line
