Call For Tenders Tender No. PT-2024-LCLP-999 Metrolinx is accepting Submissions for Hamilton GO Station Chiller and Cooling Tower Replacement ** Please respond with intend to bid via Merx. **Metrolinx is issuing this call for Tenders to retain the services that includes but is not limited to The Cooling Towers and chillers at Hamilton Go Station. The Work includes but is not limited to the replacement of two (2) non-centrifugal chillers and one (1) cooling tower currently serving the Station and the office building, the removal of the existing ice storage tank, and bringing in electrical lines to accommodate the future relocation of the electrical room. ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSION will be accepted until 3:00 p.m. on September 3, 2025. ***NOTE: ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSION Your Submission for this opportunity must be sent to Metrolinx through the use of MetrolinxMERX EBS. Bidders shall be solely responsible for the delivery of their Submission using Metrolinx MERX EBS by the Closing, in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
