  Notice Details GENERAL TERMS
  Tender submissions must be dated and signed by an authorized signing authority.
  Only one copy of these documents shall be submitted on the forms supplied by Hampton.
  Only the names of the suppliers submitting a bid will be read out at on the closing date and time.
  
  Safety shall be the sole responsibility of the supplier engaged in the work. The supplier acknowledges that Hampton assumes no responsibility for third party claims arising out of the acts or omissions of the contractor and/or supplier engaged in the work.
  
  INTRODUCTION
  Hampton is tendering for the supply and delivery of a ULC Fire Pumper for the Hampton Fire-Rescue Department.
  
  
  TENDER SUBMISSION
  1. Tender submissions shall be in a sealed envelope clearly showing: Tender # (HAM-HFR-2026-01) with the Tender closing date and time, the bidder's company name on the front of envelope and addressed as follows:

  2. Tenders must be forwarded to Hampton no later than the closing date and time of March 27, 2026 at 2:00 PM ADT. Tenders will be opened immediately following the closing time.
  
  3. Suppliers shall be solely responsible for the delivery of their submissions in the manner and time prescribed. Late proposals will be returned, unopened to the Proponent.
  
  4. All Tenders delivered to Hampton shall be dated and recorded. It is the responsibility of the supplier to ensure that their submission is in possession of the Clerk before the closing date and time noted above.
  
  5. Submissions must be in English only or in English and French.
