- The Regional District is requesting quotations for gypsum container, removal and transportation services for gypsum received at the Pender Harbour Transfer Station and the Sechelt Landfill. In 2024, approximately 67 tonnes of gypsum was received at the Sechelt Landfill and 14 tonnes was received at the Pender Harbour. These numbers best reflect our current material acceptance procedures; however, the Regional District does not guarantee the tonnage. A breakdown of gypsum received by month has been provided in Appendix 1. Contractors are encouraged to visit the sites to help understand the site layout and access. Site maps are provided in Appendix 2 and 3. Current site hours of operation are included in Appendix 4.
