Tender Details SCOPE
This Tender consists of supply and delivery of Gymnasium Equipment for the New Hanwell School for the Anglophone West School District.

The item numbers are from the SPORTS-INTER catalog or the www.sports-inter.com website.

EQUIVALENT OR BETTER PRODUCTS WILL BE ACCEPTED.

Bidders MUST indicate their own product numbers if they are not the same as those in
the tender.

Please include specifications if you quote prices for an item that is equivalent or better than the indicated products. Best overall value will be determined at the sole discretion of the Government of New Brunswick and all such decisions are final.

Vendors should bid on the tender form and shipping charges MUST be included in the unit
price.

CONTRACT AWARD CRITERIA
The intent is to award to the overall lowest compliant bid received. Vendors may bid on one, multiple or all items specified within the tender document. SNB reserves the right to split this award to obtain the lowest aggregate pricing possible. Vendors should indicate if any additional percentage discount is available if awarded in its entirety.

Preference may be given to award for combination of price and delivery. Vendors are to verify and confirm delivery date no later than March 31, 2022. Delivery after this date may result in cancellation of the order....
