- This Invitation to Tender (the “RFT”) is an invitation by the Regional Municipality of Niagara (“Niagara Region”) on behalf of the Niagara Public Purchasing Committee (“NPPC”) to prospective bidders to submit bids for 2025-T-19 2025 Guide Rail Improvement Program as further described in Section A of the RFT Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”).
The Region of Niagara on behalf of the NPPC is looking for contracted services to provide all labour material and equipment to repair and/or replace existing guiderails at various locations within the limits of the Region of Niagara. Designated locations and quantities are to be provided at the beginning of the contract from each participating agency with additional locations to be repaired when requested due to damage from motor vehicle accidents and incidental damage. - Documents:
