- The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to invite Proponents to prepare and submit competitive Proposals to work with ASUPCA to develop and publish an online Guide to Planning, Developing and Maintaining Accessible Natural Recreational Green Space in Saskatchewan including a summary checklist. The successful Proponent will conduct independent research and gather information from ASUPCA-s member agencies, including Wakamow, that will provide information about practical and applied expertise in this area. The Proponent will use this information to compile general guidelines that address development, conservation, accessibility and safety priorities for natural spaces to support recreational capacity.
