Synopsis: Intention SaskEnergy Incorporated (SaskEnergy) intends to contract with Schneider Electric Systems Canada, Inc. on the basis that they are the only supplier able to provide the Guardian Control Panel assembly implementation, servicing and enhancements consistent with the Guardian product, along with associated software that is consistent with existing standard install base that meets SaskEnergy-s requirements for this procurement, as described below. Invitation to Respond Suppliers that consider themselves able to meet the requirements identified in the Scope of Work section below and are able to provide the Guardian Control Panel assembly implementation, servicing and enhancements consistent with the Guardian product, along with its associated software that is consistent with existing standard install base; can challenge this action by submitting a written statement of the capabilities that clearly demonstrates how they meet these requirements. All statements of capabilities that are received will be evaluated to determine if one or more suppliers are capable of meeting the requirements.
