ACAN (01R11-25-273) GrowLight Software and Support, Sonorous Technologies Corp. This Advance Contract Award Notice (ACAN) is a public notice indicating to the supplier community that Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada intends to award a service contract to a pre-identified supplier, thereby allowing other suppliers to signal their interest in bidding, by submitting a Statement of Capabilities. If no supplier submits, a Statement of Capabilities that meets the requirements set out in the ACAN, on or before the closing date stated in this ACAN, the Contracting Officer may then proceed with the award to the pre-identified supplier. REQUIREMENTS: Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada will be contracting services from Sonorous Technologies Corp. for one (1) software license and a one (1) year service maintenance agreement with two (2) option years. Maintenance of the existing Amazon Web Service (AWS) deployment of GrowLight/smartPAR software for up to 20 hours per month, including the following: - Monitoring & alerting - Event response & issue resolution - Customer support via email or online portal - Configuration changes and guidance CRITERIA FOR ASSESSMENT OF THE STATEMENT OF CAPABILITIES : Any interested supplier must demonstrate by way of a statement of capabilities that it meets the following requirements: - Are an authorized Sonorous Technologies Corp dealer who are certified to provide software and maintenance support for GrowLight/smartPAR lighting systems.
