• PROJECT SCOPE
  MPAC intends to solicit proposals for a for MPAC-s group benefits programs including extended health care (drugs, paramedical practitioners, medical services and supplies, vision, hearing, emergency travel and large amount pooling), dental, long term disability, basic life insurance and optional life insurance for eligible employees, retirees and their families.

  AD&D Salary Continuance EFAPPlan Specifications through the “Specifications & Pricing Matrix” along with “Employee Census” and “Waiver of Premium and Disabled Life Reserves” will be made available to Respondents upon signing a Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement and providing it to the Contact Person via email (please see section RFP Section 3.2(1) - Contact Person) by the deadline outlined in RFP Section 3.1(1) - Timetable.
  
  PROJECT DESCRIPTION AND OBJECTIVE(S)
  The Successful Respondent will provide services to MPAC-s employees for their group benefits programs including extended health care (drugs, paramedical practitioners, medical services and supplies, vision, hearing, emergency travel and large amount pooling), dental, long term disability, basic life insurance and optional life insurance.
  The Successful Respondent is expected to closely align with MPAC-s group benefits framework, business practices, corporate commitment and culture.
  The key objectives of this RFP are to assess cost competitiveness, duplicate the current plan design and ensure a solid service record with respect to claims adjudication and claims turnaround.
