Description:
TITLE: PROVISION OF GROUNDS MAINTENANCE AT NEWPCC, WEWPCC, SEWPCC, AND THE FORMER TEMPORARY BIOSOLIDS STORAGE FACILITYD2. SCOPE OF WORKD2.1 The Work to be done under the Contract shall consist of grounds maintenance at the FormerTemporary Biosolids Storage Facility and for landscape maintenance at the North End SewageTreatment Plant, West End Sewage Treatment Plant, Perimeter Road Pumping Station, andSouth End Sewage Treatment Plant for the period from April 1, 2026 until October 31, 2026,with the option of four (4) mutually agreed upon one (1) year extensions.D2.1.1 The City may negotiate the extension option with the Contractor within one hundred twenty(120) Calendar Days prior to the expiry date of the Contract. The City shall incur no liabilityto the Contractor as a result of such negotiations.D2.1.2 Changes resulting from such negotiations shall become effective on April 1st of therespective year. Changes to the Contract shall not be implemented by the Contractorwithout written approval by the Contract Administrator.D2.1.3 Bidders are advised that, in future, the City may be participating in collaborativeprocurement initiatives with other levels of government.
