- This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by The Corporation of the City of Kitchener (“the City”) to prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for Greenfield Thermal Consultant as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”).
The City has ambitious goals of advancing community energy solutions in pursuit of climate, economic and energy security objectives[KD1] . More specifically, this work is a subset of work being completed to support the development of the Kitchener Utilities Clean Energy Transition Strategy, which will guide the evolution of the City-s community-facing energy businesses to continue to be financially successful and provide valued services throughout the energy transition
