- A new drain known as the Gray Drain Eyre Branch shall be constructed from the basin on the west side of Kimball Road to the Gray Drain in order to service the property with Roll Number 20-084.
All work shall be in accordance with the Drawings, Specifications and Contract Documents.
The Municipality reserves the right to delete all or portions of the work.
It is the responsibility of the Contractor to familiarize themselves, and/or their sub-contractors, with the existing site conditions.
The Municipality will NOT be responsible for any extra costs that may result from failure to complete an existing site investigation. - Documents:
