- The County is seeking a qualified contractor, or contractors, to complete gravel road improvement work on gravel roads in Sturgeon County. The general scope of work for this program consists of a combination of gravel road shoulder pulling, compaction, material grading, surface graveling as well as culvert replacements and ditch excavation. Roads are divided in to two (2) bundles of work based on scope of work and geographical location. Bidders are invited to submit for any or all bundles.
