Description:
The RM of Miry Creek No. 229 is requesting proposals (RFP) for the loading/hauling of approximately 15,000 yds3 of crushed gravel. from the gravel put located at NW 09-23-20W3M to various roads in the municipality. RDP's Must INclude: Haul rate loading rate any additional charges or mobilization charges, equipment listing, SK WCB letter of clearance Proof of current liability insurance RM of Miry Creek is looking for a start date of June 15, 2025 and an end date of July 30th, 2025. Secondary Weights are in effect until June 15 on all RM 229 roads. The lowest or any proposal may not necessarily be accepted and the Municipality reserves the right to reject any and all proposlas. RDP's will be accepted until March 24, 2025 and reviewed in council chambers for the special meeting to be held on March 27, 2025. Incomplete proposals will not be accepted.
