- The R.M. of Big Arm, No. 251 is accepting tenders for the hauling and spreading of approximately12,000 cubic yards of road gravel to occur during the period of June 15, 2025 and July 31, 2025. Pit is located on SE 29-27-25 W2. 1. Tenders will be received at the office of the undersigned until 4:00 p.m. (Sask time) Friday May 9, 2025. 2. Tenders to include rate for the hauling and spreading of gravel. 3. The R.M. reserves the right to reject any or all tenders and the lowest tender will not necessarily be accepted. 4. The successful bidder will provide a letter of good standing from the Saskatchewan WCB and proof of $2,000,000 liability insurance. 5. Completion date must be no later than July 31, 2025. 6. Tenders are to be submitted on the prescribed Tender Form to: R.M. of Big Arm, No. 251, Box 120, Imperial, SK S0G 2J0 or dropped off at 54 Prince Street, Imperial, SK.
