- Tenders are invited by the R.M. of Shamrock #134 for the crushing of approximately 20,000 to 30,000 cubic yards depending on material availablity of 7/8 road gravel on the SE 11-14-4 W3 which has an existing pit but will need to be expanded. Some stripping is required and the gravel is to be stock piled at the location. Tenders shall include an itemized list of all costs (crushing, stripping, sifting, mobilization...etc) The R.M. will contract and pay for a qualified engineer to measure the pile. Payment to the Contractor will be made within 30 days of the confirmed measurement of the pile. Tender closes Tuesday, July 8, 2025 at 4 p.m. at the municipal office. Tenders to be reviewed at the regular meeting of Council to be held Wednesday, July 9, 2025. The lowest or any tender is not necessarily accepted.
