- The Rural Municipality of Reford No. 379 is requesting proposals for the supply of gravel services, including the crushing, stockpiling of approximately 20,000 cubic yards of 3/4" traffic gravel and/or the spreading of gravel (quantity to be determined) for the upcoming year(s). The material is to be stockpiled at a contractor's pit within a 20km radius of the municipality. The Municipality is open to receiving proposals that include alternative service options, including supplying from different pit locations to best service various areas of the RM. Interested applicants are asked to contact the RM office by 12:00 p.m., Wednesday, October 8, 2025 to confirm their intent to submit a proposal. Proponents will be invited to present their proposals to Council at the regular meeting scheduled for Thursday, October 16, 2025, and provide a written copy of their submission, along with references.
