- Description:
- The intent of this Tender Call is to obtain a firm price offer to crush 30,000 yards of traffic gravel and 5,000 yards of 1 ¼ gravel in a pit located at NW 28-10-21-W3 within RM of Carmichael No 109. The gravel crush is to be completed by June 30th, 2024. The municipality reserve the right to provide the stripping at the location. The Municipality will evaluate all tenders based on price and estimated completion date. The RM of Carmichael reserves the right to waive irregularities in bidding and in bids and to accept or reject any or all proposals. Every Tender shall include: Letter of Good Standing with Sask. WCB An expected start and finish date A breakdown of all costs associated with the crush. Gravel will be tested by contractor and /or municipality to ensure compliance. Tenders close @ 4:00p.m. CST, December 1st ,2023 at the RM of Carmichael office.
