Tender are invited for Contract to secure high quality graphics design services for enforcement materials and products2.0 Objectives The objective of this contract will be to obtain high quality graphic design services for Directorates within Enforcement Branch (EB), including: Risk Assessment Directorate (RAD), Transformation Bureau, Environmental Enforcement Directorate (EED), Widlife Enforcement Directorate (WED), Enforcement Service Directorate (ESD) and Officer Safety Initiative (OSI).RAD has committed to Environment and Climate Change Canada-s (ECCC) Deputy Minister to deliver six threat-risk assessments and 12 operational intelligence assessments over the next 24 months. Other products that are required include enforcement project plans, annual reports, policy documents and presentations. In order to meet this commitment, design and visual display of information assistance is required to expedite the completion of products and ensure effective communication. The risk and intelligence assessment products will require icons, charts, graphs, infographics and tempates for various products, including visual display of content as well as other design work.EB Transformation Bureau leads transformational priorities for the EB; with this mandate comes responsibiliites, such as strategic advice to Chief Enforcement Officer (CEO) and Enforcement Branch Management Committee (EBMC), change management, communications, and Branch and departmental engagement.
