Description : We are looking for a quote to extend our existing district standard deployment for Grandstream VOIP phones and installation for the following locations: PEXSISEN ELEMENTARY and CENTRE MOUNTAIN LELLUM MIDDLE DUNSMUIR MIDDLE SCHOOL, JOURNEY MIDDLE SCHOOL, WILLWAY ELEMENTARY We are seeking services specialized in phone system migration from existing legacy systems to Grandstream IP PBX specific systems for 6 schools within the District. Services must include, but not be limited to, site-survey, liaison with key personnel for system configuration, configuration of system with all features and functionality, installation of systems and migration afterhours or on weekends to avoid interruption with endpoint operation, integration with existing paging systems, testing of equipment and ability to revert porting and/ or system should an issue arise with any operational hinderances. Paging to be integrated via FXO and/ or FXS port integration with IP. Solution must include multicast paging in zones where paging is obsolete or non-existent. Solution must provide redundancy options for situations where power and/ or internet coverage is compromised.
