Description : The City of Coquitlam (“City”) requests proposals from qualified companies to provide Graffiti Removal & Power Washing Services at various City facilities. The City intends to select one or more companies to provide the Services on an "as needed and when requested basis". Scope The Contractor to provide Graffiti Removal & Power Washing Services on an “as, if and when required” basis at various City facilities when requested.
