The GSA is seeking a third-party independent consultant to engage the broader graduate student population and key stakeholders in developing a comprehensive strategic plan. This plan will serve as a guiding framework for current and future executives, outlining how the Association can best support the academic, professional, and personal success of graduate students. Importantly, the strategic plan should be designed with enough flexibility to accommodate the frequent changes in student government and the evolving priorities set by incoming leadership teams. A durable yet adaptable plan will ensure continuity of purpose while allowing for responsiveness to new challenges and opportunities. The GSA is also at a pivotal moment in its development. Graduate student membership may experience growth, contraction, or a combination of both over the next three years. This uncertainty underscores the need for a strategic plan that positions the Association to remain effective, sustainable, and student-centered, regardless of shifts in enrollment or external conditions.
