Tender are invited for Trade Agreement: CETA / WTO-AGP / CPTPP / CFTA / FTAs with Peru / Colombia / Panama / KoreaTendering Procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bidCompetitive Procurement Strategy: Best Overall ProposalComprehensive Land Claim Agreement: NoNature of Requirements: The Department of National Defence, has a requirement for the procurement and integration of a GPS anti-jam system for its tactical helicopter fleets. The procurement quantity is 100, with either of the following two options: A) to procure up to 15 additional spares; or B) to procure up to 46 additional spares, over a contract period of four years. This will include all relevant technical documentation, the provision of Repair and Overhaul (R&O) and Engineering Support for the systems on an as-and-when-requested basis. The delivery point for this procurement will be 25 Canadian Forces Supply Depot (CFSD), Montreal, Quebec.Delivery Date: Above-mentionedThe Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
