Synopsis: Request for Expression of Interest Government of Saskatchewan On Demand Forms Competition July/August 2021 The Government of Saskatchewan is seeking an experienced forms manufacturer to provide a complete document management system accessible to various ministries within government. The Government of Saskatchewan currently has over 20 ministries, agencies, boards and commissions utilizing forms in everyday operations. The goal is to electronically catalogue and centralize the majority of these forms under one online document management system. Interested suppliers must demonstrate professional experience in: • Manufacturing of various types of business forms. • Set up and maintain a secure online ordering, tracking, shipping and customized billing system which will contain numerous forms for several ministries and users. • A secure warehousing and distribution centre. • Provide timely account information that will meet the requirements of each individual ministry. The successful firm will be able to provide the requirements listed above as well as provide monthly usage reports and inventory status.
