- Description:
- The existing mechanical system of Brockville Gord watts Municipal center will be renovated in accordance with GWAL-s mechanical and electrical drawings. The mechanical and electrical scope of work includes the replacement/modification of existing HVAC, minor plumbing, and power system to accommodate the cooling and ventilation upgrades. The contractor awarded the work shall be required to compete the HVAC upgrades and make good interior finishes within the building following the installation of the equipment.
This work was previously tendered in the fall of 2024 but was cancelled due to budgetary restrictions. The work is intended to be awarded for completion in 2025. - Documents:
