Description:
The Capital Regional District ("CRD") invites detailed proposals from consultants (the "Proponents") in strict accordance with these Proposal Documents. The proposals will be evaluated for the selection of a preferred proponent with the intent to negotiate to enter into a contract (the "Contract") toprovide the services described in Appendix "A". The Capital Regional District (CRD), hereinafter referred to as the "CRD", invites Proposals for the completion of a legislated Dam Safety Review (DSR) for all the Goldstream Watershed Dams. The Goldstream Watershed consists of four (4) reservoirs andeleven (11) dams, with Dam Failure Consequence Classifications (DFCC) ranging from Low to High. The project will consist of three (3) main phases of work: Review of Available Information and Data, Field review, and Evaluation. The services described in Appendix "A" must be completed by January 30,2026. The CRD reserves the right to award in whole or in part. Proponents may be awarded additional follow-on work without a further competition. A Contract will not necessarily result from this Request for Proposal ("RFP").
