ROOFING, SIDING AND SHEET METAL INSTALLATION SERVICES BUILDING CONSTRUCTION (Includes Site Construction) OTHER CONSTRUCTION SERVICES Quotations are requested for siding replacement and renovations to the Golden Jubilee Hall building located at 50 Perry Street, Sussex, NB. Work will include, but notlimited to, demolition, excavation, trenching and backfill, precast concrete work, cast in place concrete, timber curbs, pre-finish wood siding and trims, rough carpentry, insulation, asphalt paving, mechanical systems, electrical systems, and landscaping. Tenders must be received on the tender formssupplied by Kelly Peters of Polyline Designs. Tender documents can be obtained by contacting Kelly Peters by email, kelly@polylinedesigns.ca with PDI #24-278 in the subject line. A mandatory site visit is scheduled for Thursday, May 15, 2025 at 2:30PM with Kelly Peters of Polyline Design Inc. inattendance. Bids must be received on or before May 29, 2025 at 3:30PM, Atlantic Time. This is a tender notice only.
