Description:
Scope of Work/Overview:The intent of this project is to add fencing around the compound.Scope of Work includes but is not limited to: Demolition of existing Fencing/Compound. Install approximately 850 feet of fencing surrounding the compound. Install two (2) double swing gate in/out of the compound for vehicles at the front of the property to align with existing driveways. Install two (2) pedestrian/emergency exit gates one (1) at the rear of the property (Northwest) and one (1) on Northeast side on property. Perimeters are to be marked by "No Trespassing" signs spaced at intervals permitting reasonable warning to trespassers. Spacing is not to exceed 90 meters (295'). Signs are to be printed in English and French. Entry control points are to be marked with bilingual signs prohibiting unauthorized entry. Ensure compliance with Client's requirements including compliance with Security Fencing Considerations Guide GCPSG-009 (2022). Ensure to maintain site security for the entire duration of Construction. As per RCMP policy outlined in PMM 3.3 Building Standards and Guidelines ("Unclassified version"), the Fit-Up Standards will be applied to all detachment construction, renovation, retrofit and rehabilitation projects. Any impact to RCMP Operations during construction need to be reviewed by RCMP Detachment Commander, RCMP MB Asset Management, and BGIS Property Management prior to starting.
