- The intent of this project is to replace the main overhead loading dock door and motor. The new door must be of the same size and height capacity and have the ability to be opened/closed by the commissionaire office located to the side of the loading dock. The primary focus of this project should be reliability as this door is critical to building operations. The secondary focus should be availability of parts in the event of required repairs (ex. ability to replace individual panels, etc.). The new door and the overall installation shall meet applicable prescriptive NECB requirements
