Scope of Work/Overview:Objective: RCMP VAC requests the following work: This is a Non-Tenant direct with a D4 priority and an X1 qualifier: Seed funding - This requirement is for an automated gate system with attached fencing as well as a man gate and pedestal (with fit up for card reader and AI phone). Also additional ornamental fencing on adjacent brick walls.Additional Description: Supply and install a fully automated driveway slide gate and an automaticallycontrolled sidewalk door for pedestrians at the east entrance encompasses anarray of components, equipment, posts, foundations, openers, card readers,astragal and shield for locking mechanism, exit vehicle detection loop, photo eyesensors, entry terminal concrete island with card read, intercom, and bollards, etc.The selected slide gate and sidewall door shall be 8-foot high, black color andmust be able to be manually operated in case there is a power outage. Visuals arerequired for the intercom system. To ensure the security integrity of the east gate, an additional 8-foot-high, blackcolor fence between the exterior wall of the main building and the existingentrance wall shall be supplied and installed. In addition, 2-2.5 foot high blackcolor metal fence shall be supplied and installed above the existing brick walls(approximately 5.5 6 foot high) between the east entrance and main buildingand between the east entrance and the post building.
