Description:
D2. SCOPE OF WORKD2.1 The Work to be done under the Contract shall consist of the evaporative condenser replacement as specified in Part E E5, that includes removal, fabrication, installation of a new structural support stand at 27 Overton Street.D2.2 The major components of the Work are as follows:(a) Safe removal of the existing evaporative condenser, including all associated equipment and connections, and appropriate disposal of the equipment and of any remaining fluids.(b) Safe removal of the existing structural stand and concrete piles.(c) Procurement and installation of the new evaporative condenser, including engineered design for the support stand and new concrete work.(d) Collaboration with the successful bidder for refrigeration system start-up.(e) Provide storage for the new condenser in a secured facility until the scheduled commencement of the project in early June 2026, or sooner upon notification by the Contract Administrator.
