- As the Main Construction Manager (MCM) for the Giant Mine Remediation Project (GMRP), Parsons Inc. (Parsons) is initiating a process to qualify Respondents for the HAC Soil Washing and Chamber 15 Backfilling Construction Work Packahge on the Giant Mine Remediation Program in Yellowknife, Northwest Territories. This document defines the requirements for the qualification of Respondents. Interested suppliers are required to respond to this Prequalification (PQ). Only those Shortlisted Respondents, considered by Parsons to meet the qualification requirements as defined in this document, will be invited to submit competitive proposals for this work during the Request for Proposal (RFP) phase. Responses to this PQ in no way commit Parsons to any obligation or commitment for future work.
