Geotechnical study of the seabed and characterization of sediments to quays 104, 105 and 106 the Port of Quebec Port Administration (the Administration) requests submissions for the work and/or services described below, without limiting themselves: carrying out the drilling in the seabed of the river, the Tests and the necessary analyzes allowing the delivery of a geotechnical report, for the study of the reconstruction options of the quays 104, 105 and 106; Take sediment samples and their characterization to assess their contamination; Analyze and interpret the results of the various boreholes and tests carried out; Analyze and interpret the results of the characterizations and tests carried out; Take the necessary recommendations in a geotechnical report, for the design of quays 104, 105 and 106 depending on the study option; Assist the professional selected by the administration, Who could be mandated to design the reconstruction of new platforms, during questioning (optional).
