Project Description : George McDougall High School Mechanical UpgradesThis school will receive a mechanical upgrade as follows:1) Replace existing heat pumps with new (66 units)2) Replace boilers, pumps, HE, venting, etc.3) Remove fluid cooler and provide a dry cooler4) Replace roof mounted exhaust fans5) Relocate aux gym HP-s6) Replace san and storm sump pump packages7) Controls upgrade throughout8) Provide sink in mech room9) Flush and clean heat pump loops10) Glycol and chemical additive as required11) Asbestos removal as required to complete the project as per Hazardous Materials Report
